Purchasing & Logistics Team:
Our Purchasing & Logistics Team based in our Hong Kong office are working as usual. This means that our purchasing operation ensuring business and supply continuity has not been impacted. We are experiencing an increase in manufacturing lead-times as our suppliers in China are slowly recovering from their COVID-19 lockdown earlier in the year.
Transportation and logistics is rapidly changing. Lead-times are going out and we have also been seeing an increase in sea and air freight charges. For the latest information on this, please contact your dedicated account manager.
Under alert level 2 , the Accounts team are back to working from the office and can be contacted by email and/or phone as usual.
Our NZ warehouse is fully operational under alert level 2 and is back to servicing all customers. Please contact your dedicated account manager to have this arranged.
The team is dedicated to work closely with our customers to ensure that their supply requirements are met and impacts on their manufacturing are as minimal as possible.
