Congatec have a proven design-in support, where they review their customer’s designs for compliance, thermal and mechanical design to reduce risk and shorten design cycles to achieve faster time to market.

Congatec’s product range is scalable and customisable. Their customisation support starts at the design phase and includes project management, the development of specific hardware and software, production control, system integration and global logistics, as well as the provision of technical support. Below we review their QSeven and SMARC modules.

QSeven & SMARC

The two modules that we wish to highlight today are the QSeven and SMARC Congatec modules.

The QSeven standard allows low-cost entry into the world of computer modules and integrates various x86 and ARM low-power processors for the process and field levels, while SMARC offers more interfaces – especially more multimedia ports.
