We use Google Analytics.

If Active Components are nevertheless deemed to be liable for any loss of any kind, then it is agreed that our total cumulative liability to any user or any other party for any loss or damages resulting from claims, damages or actions arising out of or relating to the use of our website, will not exceed $500 (NZ).
