KTG product highlights

KTG, established in 2000, is a national high-tech enterprise engaged in R&D and the manufacture of heat-shrinkable tubing, PTFE tubing, PVC tubing, and other insulation tubing. Heat-shrinkable tubing can be simply divided into halogen-containing flame-retardant heat-shrinkable tubing and halogen-free flame-retardant heat-shrinkable tubing, according to the different flame retardant systems used in the tube.

Key features of the CGT Corrugated Sleeve:

PP and PA(Nylon) material available
Excellent abrasion resistance and mechanical strength
Excellent oil, fluid resistance, and UV resistance
Application temperature: -40℃～+150℃
Widely used for mechanical abrasion protection of all kinds of automotive wire harnesses, pipes, and other machine and motor cables.

Key features of CYG-RSF Heat Shrink Braided Sleeve:

PET fiber and polyolefin material braided.
Shrink ratio of 2:1.
Compliant with “RoHS 2.0” and "REACH" standards compliance.
Excellent flexibility and easy installation.
Abrasion resistance and anti-vibration.
Application temperature: 40 ℃ 125.
Designed primarily to provide outstanding mechanical abrasion.
Protection for rubber hoses, plastic pipes, and wire harnesses.

CYG HSSS is heat shrinkable connector solder sleeve that offers reliable, cost-effective ways to terminate wires and cables. CYG DS(406) is a heat-shrinkable butt splice connector, which is an environmentally sealed, polyolefin insulated splices that provides a one-step sealing for wire-to-wire splicing applications.

‍Application: Widely used in Automotive/truck wiring repairs and maintenance, automotive accessory installation, and commercial wiring in outdoor applications.
