You can choose from single, double, or triple-wall construction for any box style, ensuring your packaging delivers the ideal balance of strength, protection, and presentation for your specific products.

• E-Flute – Available in Single Face or Single Wall, E-Flute offers a smooth surface ideal for high-quality printing while still providing good structural strength. It’s thinner and lighter, making it perfect for smaller, lighter items or premium retail packaging where appearance matters.
• B-Flute – Available in Single Face or Single Wall, B-Flute provides excellent crush resistance and stacking strength. It’s one of the most used flutes for shipping boxes, offering a good balance between protection and material efficiency.
• B/C-Flute Double Wall – This construction combines two different flute profiles for added durability. It’s ideal for heavier products or shipments that need extra cushioning and rigidity during transport.
• B/C/B-Flute Triple Wall – Our strongest option, triple-wall construction is built for maximum strength and protection. It’s designed for very heavy or oversized products, export shipments, and situations where boxes may be subject to rough handling.
